The boring bit
I know, I
know.... but please read it right down to the bottom, it contains
important information you need to know. Think how I feel, I had to
spend ages working on this. At least you'll be done in five minutes.
Postage
I charge a flat rate £2 for
postage. If it costs more than that, it's my problem, not yours. I send
all items First Class, because who wants to wait ages to get their
stuff? Not me, and I'm sure not you either. I may use Recorded or
Special Delivery services as appropriate, or hand delivery. I currently do not post orders
outside the UK. You may request Special Delivery at an additional cost.
I will post your order as soon as I can after payment is received,
usually the next working day or even the same day if possible, although of course this depends on how many orders I have received but I will always dispatch as soon as I possibly can.
You may notice some orders arrive with just a large letter stamp on. So why were you charged £2? This is not a sneaky way of charging extra - the additional money is to cover the packaging, labels and paypal fees, and I usually find that £2 isn't enough. But as I said earlier, that's my problem, not yours.
Payment
I accept payment by PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use
this, you can pay by credit or debit card and I will never see your
details.
Returns
I hope you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact me within fourteen days and return it to me within 21 days for a refund. If it is my fault then I will refund your postage fees. Under the UK's Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel an order within fourteen days of the day after you receive it. If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched then please contact me. Custom orders are not refundable once any work has begun or any supplies have been ordered. Digital orders such as patterns are non-refundable once the PDF has been dispatched. If you return any part of an order you must also return the free gift that came with it. You are responsible for the items until they reach me so I recommend that you use a delivery service which will cover you for the value of the items. Please be aware that they may take up to seven days to reach me unless you use Special Delivery.
Privacy
All your details will remain private. I do not store any of your information except as it pertains to processing your order, and I will never pass any details on to any third party except where ordered to by law (highly unlikely!). I don't send out marketing emails or letters and no one else will do this on my behalf. Any contact you get from me will be solely in response to a query or order from you. I do not use cookies or store any traffic or location data. (I wouldn't even know how!) As with all internet use, data can occasionally be intercepted en route and I cannot guarantee security of electronic data in this case. Any information you send over the internet or email is at your own risk. Under the Data Protection Act you have the right to access any information that I hold about you and I will charge £10 to cover costs incurred in providing this information to you.
Pricing
I make every effort to ensure that prices are correct. In the event that a price is incorrect I will inform you of the correct amount and ask if you wish to continue your order at the correct price or cancel. I'm not unreasonable and will only decline an order if the correct price is substantially different.

When placing an order you are making an offer to purchase those items
which I may either accept or decline. Receipt of payment does not mean
that I have accepted an order and I reserve the right to return the

have confirmed dispatch of the items. The contract will be made under
English law and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and
Wales.
